Job Description

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This state-of-the-art facility offers a collaborative work environment, a diverse case mix, and an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for surgical services including general surgery, orthopedics, pain management, ENT, GYN, dental, and ophthalmology.
Collaborate with a team of 2 other CRNAs to meet increasing surgical demand.
Ensure safe, patient-focused anesthesia care while adhering to clinical best practices and documentation standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $288,000 annually.
Full benefits package including health, retirement, and CME support.
6 weeks paid time off.
$7,500 CME allowance.
EPIC EMR system.

Job Requirements

NBCRNA-certified CRNA.
Eligible for Colorado CRNA license.
Experience across a wide range of surgical cases preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time hospital-based role in a 25-bed critical access hospital.
4-day work week (Monday–Thursday schedule; ~2 Fridays per month, rotated among CRNAs).
Collaborative anesthesia team of 3 CRNAs.
Diverse surgical case load.
