Job Description

RMS Anesthesia Partners (RMSAP) is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their expanding private practice at Banner NOCO in Northern Colorado. This opportunity offers multiple sub-group practice models (with and without call), highly flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation. One in-house call group position is available. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a mix of OR and OB cases depending on practice group assignment.
• Perform full-scope CRNA duties, including pre-anesthesia evaluation, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia recovery.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons in a collegial, team-based environment.
• Opportunity for independent practice at select sites (Sterling model).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: $260,000 – $425,000 annually depending on subgroup, shift mix, and contract type (W-2 or 1099).
• In-house call group: 7–8 shifts/month (16-hour OR + 24-hour OB mix), 7.5+ weeks off annually.
• Sterling model (independent, 1099): $9,925–$14,200+ per week with housing provided.
• Additional incentive shifts and rural moonlighting opportunities available to increase income.

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA-certified CRNA (or new graduate eligible for certification).
• Eligible for Colorado licensure.
• Comfortable working in both OR and OB settings depending on subgroup.
• Team-oriented with strong clinical and communication skills.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Start date: January 1, 2026 (negotiable).
• Practice models available:
  • Non-call group: Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
  • Home-call group: Combination of home-call and non-call shifts, up to 15 weeks off annually.
  • In-house call group: Mix of 16-hour OR and 24-hour OB shifts, 1–3 shifts per week, ~7.5 weeks off annually (currently hiring).
  • Sterling group (1099 only): Independent practice, weekly earnings $9,925–$14,200+ with housing included.
• Additional internal moonlighting opportunities available.
