Job Description

Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our anesthesia care team. This position offers a strong compensation package, autonomy within a supervised model, and a diverse case mix at a Level III Trauma Center.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $270,000
  • Flat rate for light call shifts (24-hour, weekend) above base salary
  • Annual $5,000 Quality Incentive bonus
  • One-time $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • $30,000 retention bonuses for each two-year commitment beyond year one
  • Relocation package with $10,000 in moving expenses
  • Fully paid malpractice coverage
  • Approx. 6 weeks time off plus holidays and CME time
  • CME and licensure allowance of $5,000 annually
  • Flexible benefits and 4.25% employer retirement contribution

Job Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited CRNA training program
  • NBCRNA certification
  • BLS & ACLS certification required
  • Prefer one year of experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Shift-based schedule
  • Supervised model with a high degree of autonomy
  • Case mix includes general surgery, ortho, neuro, and endoscopy
  • No cardiac, sick pediatric, or transplant cases
  • Epic health record system and state-of-the-art ORs
