Job Description

District Medical Group, Inc. (DMG), one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their esteemed anesthesia team. This position provides exposure to a wide scope of practice, including regional blocks, pediatric anesthesia, burns, trauma, and obstetrics. The CRNA will work within a collaborative, team-based environment at a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including trauma and pediatric cases
Perform preoperative assessments and create individualized anesthesia care plans
Provide regional anesthesia and blocks as needed
Monitor patient responses during and after procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period

Job Requirements

Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs
Current Arizona CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain)
New graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to work within a team-based, collaborative environment
