Job Description

Millinocket Regional Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a 3-member anesthesia team at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. This role features a two weeks on, one week off schedule with full autonomy. CRNAs administer anesthesia to patients of all ages in the OR and other patient care areas, with no anesthesiologist supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia across a broad range of cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, healthy pediatrics, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Endoscopy.
• Perform spinals and epidurals; opportunity to learn ultrasound-guided regional blocks.
• Manage anesthesia care independently in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Current State of Maine RN license
• NBCRNA certification
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform well in emergent situations

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $230,000

Schedule & Work Environment

• Unique three-week rotation:
• Week one: Call shifts Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week two: Call shifts Tuesday and Wednesday
• Week three: Off starting Thursday afternoon
• OR runs Monday–Thursday
• Every night first call required
