Job Description

BioSpine Institute is seeking a part-time or PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our outpatient surgery team at our ambulatory centers in Tampa and Orlando, Florida. This role is ideal for a provider looking for flexible scheduling and no call responsibilities in a 100% outpatient setting focused on minimally invasive spine procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for minimally invasive spine surgeries in an ambulatory setting
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary spine surgery team
  • Perform pre-op assessments, administer anesthesia, and monitor recovery
  • Maintain a safe environment and manage patient comfort throughout procedures

Compensation & Benefits

  • 1099 independent contractor position
  • Competitive per diem rate
  • Flexible PRN or part-time scheduling (Monday–Thursday)
  • No call, no nights, no weekends

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Florida CRNA license (active or eligible)
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Part-time or PRN availability
  • Monday–Thursday schedule
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center setting
  • 100% outpatient cases—no call or inpatient responsibilities
