Job Description

Community Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its growing anesthesia team. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering an excellent work-life balance—no call, no weekends, and no obstetrics coverage—along with a competitive guaranteed salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing procedures in the hospital’s procedure center and ambulatory surgery center.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and procedural staff to ensure safe and efficient anesthesia delivery.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed annual base salary of $275,000.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• Current Colorado RN and CRNA license (or eligibility).

• Experience in endoscopy and ambulatory surgical settings preferred, but not required.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with predictable weekday schedule.
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
