Job Description
Fairview Health Services is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the University of Minnesota Medical Center – East Bank in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical and procedural cases
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop patient care plans
- Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and stability
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, SRNAs, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee anesthesia workflow and support staff within the department
- Participate in teaching and mentoring activities as applicable
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range of $260,000 to $284,000

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Minnesota APRN license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification required or in process
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical and teamwork skills

- Full-time W-2 position
- Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

- Wide-ranging case mix including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, neuro, and critical care
- Additional exposure to interventional radiology, cath lab, CT, and MRI procedures
