Job Description

Ridgeview is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its highly respected anesthesia team serving Chaska and Waconia, Minnesota. Multiple positions are available ranging from 0.7 to 1.0 FTE, allowing providers to choose a schedule that best fits their lifestyle.

CRNAs have the opportunity to practice at either Ridgeview Medical Center or Two Twelve Medical Center, each offering a collaborative work environment, diverse case mix, and flexible scheduling. Providers enjoy primarily bread-and-butter anesthesia with no cardiac, vascular, or neurosurgical cases.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation ranging from $220,000-$280,000
• Base salary approximately $273,000 with overtime earning potential
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• One-year commitment required for sign-on bonus (0.6 FTE and above)

• Paid holidays for eligible 1.0 FTE providers

Job Requirements

• Current or eligible Minnesota CRNA license
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• No fellowship training required

Schedule & Practice

• Full-time and part-time positions available (0.7-1.0 FTE)
• Immediate start available
• Two Twelve Medical Center offers 8 and 10-hour shifts with no call, weekends, or holidays
• Ridgeview Medical Center offers 8, 12, and optional 24-hour call shifts
• 1.0 FTE call position includes one holiday per year with paid holiday benefit
• Practice across orthopedic, general surgery, robotics, urology, gynecology, OB, ENT, spine, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, and basic pediatric ENT cases
• No cardiac, vascular, or neurosurgical cases
• Primarily bread-and-butter anesthesia practice

• Primarily orthopedic cases with outpatient general surgery, pediatric ENT, and spine

• 2 OB Operating Rooms
• Interventional Radiology coverage
• Wide variety of surgical specialties
