Job Description
M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital is seeking full-time and part-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing anesthesia team in Maplewood, Minnesota. Opportunities are available for 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 FTE positions, offering flexible scheduling, a diverse case mix, and the support of a nationally recognized healthcare system.
CRNAs work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) while enjoying the resources of a modern hospital environment and a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical specialties
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
- Participate in the care of cardiac, vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, obstetric, neuro, and outpatient surgery patients
- Perform preoperative evaluations and post-anesthesia patient care
- Support anesthesia department operations and supervise support staff as needed
- Work with SRNAs in a collaborative educational environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation ranging from $260,000 – $284,000 for full-time providers

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current Minnesota APRN licensure required
- NBCRNA certification or eligibility required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- Must meet credentialing and privileging requirements
- New graduates encouraged to apply
