Job Description

CRNAs will deliver anesthesia services across a wide range of procedures in a high-acuity environment, with optional call and overnight opportunities available for those seeking additional income.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and specialty procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop patient care plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and patient safety
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and care teams in a 4:1 model
- Participate in optional call and overnight shifts if desired
Compensation & Benefits
- $240 per hour
- Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x hourly rate
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Full travel reimbursement
- Weekend beeper call: up to $1,500 per 24 hours
- Weeknight call pay: up to $800 depending on shift length
- Call-back pay at 1.5x hourly rate

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work in a care team model
- Comfortable managing a diverse patient population (age 12+)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time preferred with minimum of 2 weeks per month
- Shift options include 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours
- Typical start time: 6:30 AM with varying end times
- Optional call including weeknight and weekend beeper call
- Optional overnight shifts available
- Tertiary care hospital with advanced procedural capabilities
- Care team model with 4:1 supervision ratio
- 24-hour anesthesia support staff for room turnover and supplies
- EMR system: Epic
- Credentialing timeline: 60–90 days
- Level III facility
