Job Description
Sanford Health is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its collaborative anesthesia team in Bemidji, Minnesota. If you’re looking to move beyond a medically directed practice, this opportunity offers outstanding autonomy with CRNAs practicing independently nearly all of the time while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation starting around $260,000+
- New graduate starting salary of approximately $269,489
- $30,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements
- Current or eligible Minnesota CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- No fellowship training required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Schedule & Practice
- Full-time position
- Immediate start available
- Collaborative practice model with only 1% medical direction
- CRNAs administer their own induction agents
- Practice includes bread-and-butter anesthesia with orthopedics, obstetrics, outpatient surgery, regional anesthesia, pediatric cases, and preoperative clinic responsibilities
- Some chronic pain and acute pain service responsibilities
- Occasional cardiac ablations and rare vascular, thoracic, and trauma cases
- No neuroanesthesia
- Opportunity to perform arterial lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia, axillary blocks, and other regional blocks
- Team includes 11 CRNAs and 1 anesthesiologist
