Job Description

Join the growing CRNA team at HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, and Cape Coral Hospital in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time call-taking position provides an exceptional opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-volume practice delivering over 50,000 anesthetics annually. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care across three hospital campuses and two outpatient centers
  • Work within a care team model (1:2 to 1:4 ratio)
  • Participate in pediatric and cardiac anesthesia cases (additional compensation available)
  • Take part in a rotating call schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $210,000 with potential earnings up to $400,000
  • Sign-on bonus options: $25K, $50K, or $90K
  • $12,500 specialty stipend
  • Daily shift premiums and call compensation

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for licensure in Florida
  • Comfortable in high-volume, diverse clinical environments
  • Willing to participate in call schedule and advanced case types

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position with guaranteed hours
  • Call schedule rotation
  • Multiple sites: HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, Cape Coral Hospital
