Job Description

Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its robust anesthesia care team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care in a care team model with high autonomy
• Provide services across general surgical cases—no hearts, no transplants, no sick peds
• Participate in light 24-hour weekend call rotation (flat-rate pay on top of salary)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $270,000 W-2
• $10K sign-on bonus + $30K retention bonus per 2-year commitment after year one
• $5K annual quality incentive bonus
• $10K relocation package (with direct billing options)
• CME/licensure allowance: $5,000 annually
• Approx. 6 weeks PTO plus holidays and CME time
• Fully paid malpractice insurance
• 4.25% employer 401(k) contribution
• Student loan forgiveness eligible

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• NBCRNA certification
• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• BLS and ACLS required
• 1+ year experience preferred, but new grads welcome

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Shift-based scheduling
• Light 24-hour call rotation (paid at flat rate)
• Level III trauma center – no hearts, transplants, or sick peds
