Job Description

Dignity Health in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its team at a Level I Trauma Center. This is a high-impact, career-defining opportunity offering competitive pay, full benefits, pension plan, PSLF eligibility, and a generous $49,500 sign-on bonus over two years. Relocation assistance is available to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer anesthesia in collaboration with anesthesiologists
  • Monitor and manage patient vitals before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are in place for procedures
  • Provide airway management and assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Compensation & Benefits

  • W-2 employee position
  • Annual salary: $260,000–$270,000
  • $49,500 sign-on bonus (paid over 2 years)
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Job Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
  • Active Arizona RN and CRNA licenses – required
  • NBCRNA certification – required
  • BLS and ACLS – required (American Heart Association)
  • New graduates welcome; OB experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time schedule at a Level I Trauma Center
  • First call schedule varies
  • Collaborative and compassionate hospital-based team
