Job Description

Dignity Health in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its team at a Level I Trauma Center. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and administer anesthesia in collaboration with anesthesiologists
Monitor and manage patient vitals before, during, and after surgical procedures
Ensure all equipment and supplies are in place for procedures
Provide airway management and assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 employee position
Annual salary: $260,000–$270,000
$49,500 sign-on bonus (paid over 2 years)
Relocation assistance available

Job Requirements

Completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
Active Arizona RN and CRNA licenses – required
NBCRNA certification – required
BLS and ACLS – required (American Heart Association)
New graduates welcome; OB experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time schedule at a Level I Trauma Center
First call schedule varies
Collaborative and compassionate hospital-based team
