Job Description

Full-Time CRNA Opportunity is open at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix. A well-established private practice group of 40 MDs and CRNAs, is seeking 1-2 highly motivated CRNAs to join our team. This role offers excellent compensation and the opportunity to specialize in Labor & Delivery anesthesia.

  • Facility: St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ
  • Position Type: Full-time (1099 Independent Contractor)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Shifts: Morning and evening shift coverage available (flexible scheduling)
  • Weekend Call: Negotiable

Practice Details

  • Care team model with supervising physician coverage
  • Primarily Labor & Delivery cases
  • Approx. 10-15 procedures per day (epidurals & C-sections)
  • Average of 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $320,000 – $370,000 annually
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Malpractice insurance covered by the group

Qualifications

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Eligible for Arizona CRNA licensure
