Job Description

Join the anesthesia team at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $250,000 (W2) to $290,000 (1099)
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401k with matching contributions
  • 8 weeks of scheduled time off (STO)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution
  • Paid medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
  • Annual CME allowance

Job Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a CRNA in Arkansas

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time CRNA-only practice
  • 42 weeks per year with 10 weeks of scheduled time off

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the hospital’s medical team
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout anesthesia administration
