Job Description

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $250,000 (W2) to $290,000 (1099)
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
401k with matching contributions
8 weeks of scheduled time off (STO)
Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution
Paid medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage
Annual CME allowance

Job Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
Current licensure as a CRNA in Arkansas

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time CRNA-only practice
42 weeks per year with 10 weeks of scheduled time off

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures
Work collaboratively with the hospital’s medical team
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout anesthesia administration
