Job Description
Nicklaus Children’s Health System is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its nationally recognized pediatric cardiac anesthesia team. This is a W-2 employed position at South Florida’s only freestanding pediatric hospital, offering competitive compensation, robust benefits, and a generous $75,000 signing bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthetic care exclusively under the direct supervision of a pediatric anesthesiologist
- Participate in a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures including advanced cardiac cases
- Collaborate closely with a team of 20+ anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs/CAAs
- Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and compassionate pediatric care
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 salary: $210,000–$260,000 annually
- $75,000 signing bonus

Job Requirements
- Current Florida CRNA license or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification
- Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
