Job Description

Join a small but growing anesthesia team at HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital in the Fort Myers area. This full-time 1099 CRNA role offers excellent earning potential with no call responsibilities. You’ll work in a community hospital setting with a consistent caseload in general surgery, endoscopy, and orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgery, endoscopy, and orthopedic procedures
• Work independently in a 4-OR hospital setting
• Support safe and efficient surgical workflows during daytime hours

Compensation & Benefits

• $150/hour as a 1099 independent contractor
• Estimated $312,000 annual income based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year
• No employee benefits (1099 position)

Job Requirements

• NBCRNA certification
• Current Florida CRNA license
• Experience with general surgery, endo, and ortho cases preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Hospital with 4 operating rooms and plans to expand
