Job Description
Nicklaus Children’s Health System is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthetic care exclusively under the direct supervision of a Pediatric Anesthesiologist. This is an excellent opportunity to work at Florida’s only freestanding children’s hospital and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $210,000 – $260,000
- $75,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Florida CRNA licensure
- Strong interest in pediatric anesthesia
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Work alongside a team of 20+ Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs/Certified Anesthesiology Assistants
- No night shifts or weekend call required
