Job Description

Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our growing team in Flagstaff or Sedona, Arizona. Enjoy a patient-centered, physician-led work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $220,000 – $260,000 annually
Sign-on bonus: $50,000
Relocation assistance: $25,000
Quality bonus up to $6,000
CME allowance: $5,000 annually
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Loan repayment programs available

Job Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
Ability to work in a collaborative model (3:1 with anesthesiologists)
Comfortable with a diverse case mix including general, ortho, neuro, ENT, and vascular
Regional anesthesia experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

40-hour workweek (8- or 12-hour shifts)
No call, no overnights
Work at either Flagstaff Medical Center or Verde Valley Medical Center
CRNAs never expected to work past their scheduled shift
Weekend coverage only once every five weeks
