Job Description

Anesthesia Associates of New Mexico is seeking experienced CRNAs for a high-autonomy, independent position at Presbyterian Hospital in beautiful Santa Fe. CRNAs will practice at the top of their license, manage a wide range of cases, and take call as part of a supportive private practice team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent anesthesia care including OB, pediatric, and general surgical cases
  • Perform regional techniques including nerve blocks
  • Take first call as part of rotation (negotiable)
  • Maintain compliance with the New Mexico Patient Compensation Fund

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual income range: $380,000 – $450,000 (1099 or W-2 available)
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • Opportunities for additional growth and income

Job Requirements

  • Current certification as a CRNA
  • Must be proficient in OB and regional anesthesia
  • Must have performed at least 40 OB cases in the last 12 months

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time schedule with call responsibilities
  • Independent practice model in a collaborative private group
