Job Description

CRNAs needed for Sarasota & Venice – No call. Cases include CV, General, OB, Oncology, IR, Ortho, Endo, and more. Flexible schedule with shifts of 8s, 10s, 12s, or 16s.

Due to growth, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking CRNAs with excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills to join the team in Sarasota & Venice, Florida.

The anesthesia team is built upon leadership’s long-standing vision to be the BEST place to be a patient, work, and provide care. Experienced CRNAs and new graduates looking for a wide scope of practice in a supportive team environment are encouraged to apply.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Staffing model: 40+ Anesthesiologists and 100+ CRNAs covering 65 sites including Cath Lab, IR, and Endo.
  • Average anesthesia volume: 55,000 cases annually and growing.
  • Diverse mix of cases: Cardiac, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, GYN, Thoracic, Vascular, and Level II Trauma.
  • Specialty compensation increase for Cardiac, Trauma, and OB.
  • $30,000 retention/commencement bonus over 3 years.
  • No call.
