Job Description
Regional Anesthesia Services is seeking a full-time W-2 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established, privately owned anesthesia group practicing in a hospital setting in Alexandria, Minnesota. This role offers a collaborative care team model with anesthesiologists, a predictable schedule, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
This is a bread-and-butter practice located in the heart of Minnesota’s premier lake country, providing both professional fulfillment and an exceptional quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in a hospital-based care team model
- Manage diverse cases including general surgery, endoscopy, spine, high-volume orthopedics, healthy pediatric ENT, gynecology, podiatry, and urology
- Perform spinal anesthesia independently
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists who manage epidural call and nerve blocks
- Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation package: $330,000

Job Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification (or in examination process)
- Eligibility for Minnesota APRN/CRNA licensure
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Team-oriented and patient-focused
- New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
- W-2 only (no 1099 or locum arrangements)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 position
- 1 in 10 first call when fully staffed
- Home call with 30-minute response time
- Usually receive post-call day off
- Never on second call
- Cases typically completed before 3:00 PM
- Balanced call burden designed for sustainability
- 8 full-time CRNAs currently on staff
- 100% medically directed model
