Job Description

Aspirus St. Luke’s in Duluth, Minnesota is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a dynamic and collaborative anesthesia care team. Work side-by-side with excellent CRNAs and anesthesiologists in a respected, DNV-GL accredited Level II Trauma Center while enjoying a strong work-life balance and flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of cases, including cardiac and neuro
• Participate in a collaborative care team model with 16 anesthesiologists and 19 CRNAs
• Perform procedures in 18 operating rooms at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital
• Provide 24/7 compensated shared call coverage
• Mentor students through preceptorship opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $270,000 – $280,000
• Potential to earn above base salary through overtime shifts

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
• Ability to work collaboratively in an anesthesia care team
• Willingness to participate in a shared call schedule

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible shifts (8, 10, 12, or 16 hours)
• Work within a 267-bed tertiary care facility with 18 operating rooms
• Level II Trauma Center with diverse case exposure
