Job Description

Join the CVA anesthesia team at St. Thomas Hospital for Specialty Surgery in Nashville, TN—nationally ranked among the top 5% of hospitals for spinal surgery. This full-time CRNA position focuses exclusively on spine and orthopedic cases, offering a Monday–Thursday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays. A $50,000 retention bonus is available for candidates willing to commit to a 3-year term.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for neuro spine procedures (e.g., ACDFs, fusions, laminectomies) and total joint surgeries
• Work alongside a collaborative team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists across 6 operating rooms
• Maintain best-in-class standards for patient safety and surgical outcomes

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with Tennessee licensure (or eligibility)

Schedule & Work Environment

• 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
• No call, weekends, or holiday shifts
• Practice in a high-volume, specialized orthopedic and spine hospital
