About the Position
Buffalo Hospital, a non-profit regional medical center in Buffalo, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their team. Located just west of the Twin Cities, Buffalo Hospital serves nearly 70,000 patients annually and offers a supportive, patient-centered environment. This position offers a balanced work schedule with a variety of cases and minimal call responsibilities.
Work Schedule and Team Details
- 8 full-time CRNAs and 3 casual CRNAs on staff
- Work schedule: (5) 8-hour shifts most weeks
- Call shifts: 9 AM – 5:30 PM or 11 AM – 7:30 PM
- OR operates until 5 PM
- May work a couple of weeks of 10-hour shifts within an 8-week period (Tuesdays always off)
- First call every sixth night

- Colonoscopy
- Radiology
- OR, OB/C-sections
- ENT, including pediatrics
- Orthopedics
- Endoscopy
- Bread-and-butter hernias
- No spine cases
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $260,000 to $280,000 annually
- Annual CME allowance
