About the Position

Buffalo Hospital, a non-profit regional medical center in Buffalo, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time CRNA to join their team. Located just west of the Twin Cities, Buffalo Hospital serves nearly 70,000 patients annually and offers a supportive, patient-centered environment. This position offers a balanced work schedule with a variety of cases and minimal call responsibilities.

Work Schedule and Team Details

  • 8 full-time CRNAs and 3 casual CRNAs on staff
  • Work schedule: (5) 8-hour shifts most weeks
  • Call shifts: 9 AM – 5:30 PM or 11 AM – 7:30 PM
  • OR operates until 5 PM
  • May work a couple of weeks of 10-hour shifts within an 8-week period (Tuesdays always off)
  • First call every sixth night

Diverse Case Mix

  • Colonoscopy
  • Radiology
  • OR, OB/C-sections
  • ENT, including pediatrics
  • Orthopedics
  • Endoscopy
  • Bread-and-butter hernias
  • No spine cases

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $260,000 to $280,000 annually
  • Annual CME allowance
  • Free parking
