Job Description
We are recruiting a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a hospital-based anesthesia practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative anesthesia care team while providing anesthesia services across a diverse surgical case mix.
CRNAs in this role work closely with anesthesiologists and experienced anesthesia staff in a supportive clinical environment. The practice offers the opportunity to gain experience in cardiac anesthesia cases along with other surgical specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases
- Conduct pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia care and patient recovery monitoring
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and operating room teams
- Participate in cardiac anesthesia cases if desired
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary approximately $215,000 – $235,000
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- $7,500 cardiac stipend with retention bonus opportunities

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Florida
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time hospital-based position
- Care team model with anesthesiologists
- Diverse case mix including cardiac, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, neurology, spine, ENT, urology, plastics, gastroenterology, and cardiology procedures
- No obstetric or pediatric cases
