Job Description

Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time CRNA to join its growing anesthesia team. This opportunity features a newly implemented compensation structure and a generous $75,000 sign-on bonus. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on providing exceptional perioperative care across a range of procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of an anesthesiologist
Perform preoperative evaluations and postoperative follow-ups
Administer, maintain, and adjust anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures
Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies
Participate in patient transport and handoff procedures
Mentor students, residents, and new staff as a clinical leader

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $200,000+
$75,000 sign-on bonus

Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
Certified and licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible
Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills

Schedule & Work Environment

Opportunity to serve as a preceptor and mentor
