Job Description
UF Health in Gainesville, Florida is seeking multiple full-time CRNAs to join its Level I trauma center and academic teaching hospital. This position offers a collaborative environment working alongside anesthesiologists in a broad range of anesthesia specialty services.
CRNAs manage patients before, during, and after surgery under anesthesiologist supervision in a high-acuity academic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital
- Manage patients preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Deliver specialty anesthesia care across a broad case mix
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employment
- Salary range listed: $195,000 – $285,000
- $50,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)

Job Requirements
- Graduate with a minimum Master’s degree in advanced nursing practice
- Active Florida license required
- Subspecialty fellowship not required
- New graduates accepted
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
- Academic Level I trauma center environment
