Job Description

Join a collaborative CRNA team at Halifax Health in partnership with the University of Florida Health in Daytona Beach, Florida. This full-time opportunity supports a Level II Trauma Center, Twin Lakes Surgery Center, and Port Orange Hospital. CRNAs provide supervised anesthesia for a broad scope of procedures, including neurosurgery, interventional stroke care, orthopedics, vascular, urology, pediatrics, and obstetrics. The group emphasizes a culture of teamwork, clinical competence, and work-life balance, with opportunities for professional growth and public service loan forgiveness eligibility.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
– Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
– Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and CRNA in Florida.
– Certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
– Strong clinical skills; new graduates are welcome.

Annual Estimated Salary or Payment

$210,000–$220,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
– $70,000 sign-on bonus for a two-year commitment.
