Job Description
Navarro Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Chief CRNA and additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its anesthesia team in Corsicana, Texas, located approximately 50 miles southeast of Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to practice in an independent CRNA model while working in a collaborative hospital environment.
The anesthesia team supports a wide variety of surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, podiatry, and vascular procedures. Providers work with new anesthesia equipment and a supportive clinical leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for surgical and procedural cases
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
- Perform regional anesthesia including nerve blocks, spinals, and epidurals
- Insert arterial and central venous lines when needed
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
- Lead anesthesia team operations if serving in the Chief CRNA role
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary starting around $305,000

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Texas RN and CRNA licensure or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification required
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Experience with obstetric anesthesia required
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time W-2 hospital-employed position
- Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts
- Independent CRNA practice model
- Call responsibilities include weekday and weekend rotations
- Optional post-call day off available
- Practice located at a single hospital facility
- Team currently seeking 2–3 CRNAs including a Chief CRNA
