Job Description
A well-established anesthesia group in McKinney, Texas is seeking 2-4 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix with significant obstetric coverage
- Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia following orientation and training
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and healthcare teams
- Participate in trauma cases as needed
- Deliver safe and effective perioperative anesthesia care throughout all phases of treatment
- Support patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation ranging from $240,000 – $300,000

Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification and licensure required
- Ability to perform or learn spinal and epidural anesthesia

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule options including 4x10s and 5x8s
- One weekend per month
- One 24-hour in-house call shift per month
- Primarily obstetric anesthesia practice
- No cardiac or transplant cases
- Limited pediatric exposure with no requirement to perform pediatric cases
- Trauma cases included
