Job Description
Navarro Regional Hospital in Corsicana, Texas is seeking full-time and PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its independent anesthesia team. Located just one hour south of Dallas, this autonomous CRNA-only practice offers an excellent balance of high compensation, diverse clinical experience, and small-town living with convenient access to a major metropolitan area.
CRNAs practice independently while caring for a wide variety of surgical cases including general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, podiatry, regional anesthesia, and select vascular procedures. There are no head, heart, or trauma cases. Providers also manage OB epidurals and cesarean sections while working with modern anesthesia equipment in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time 1099 earning potential of $407,000+ annually
- Full-Time W-2 compensation up to $377,000+ annually
- Base compensation ranging from $310,000-$425,000 depending on schedule and employment model
- PRN/1099 rate of $205 per hour
- Additional work paid at $205 per hour
- Weekday call pay of $600
- Weekend call pay of $1,200
- Callback pay of $205 per hour
- $75,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs

Job Requirements
- Current or eligible Texas CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification required
- Candidates currently in the NBCRNA certification process are welcome to apply
- Current ACLS and PALS certification required
- No fellowship training required

Schedule & Practice
- Full-time and PRN opportunities available
- Immediate start available
- Four-day workweek with 8-hour shifts
- Optional five-day schedule available for increased compensation
- Post-call day off following most first-call shifts
- Independent CRNA practice with no medical direction
- Approximately 43 weekday call shifts and 17 weekend 24-hour call shifts annually, primarily covering OB
- Estimated seven after-hours/weekend OB cases per week
- General surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, podiatry, vascular, and regional anesthesia
- No cardiac, head, or trauma cases
- Opportunity to perform arterial lines, central lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and all major regional blocks
