Job Description
Oroville Hospital in Northern California is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an independent practice model. Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical cases
- Collaborate with a highly supportive Chief Anesthesiologist and Medical Director

- Equally share work, call, and time off responsibilities with CRNA colleagues
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual income between $400,000 and $550,000 (fee-for-service)
- Guaranteed call pay
- Malpractice insurance and relocation expenses covered

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for licensure in California
- Commitment to providing high-standard independent anesthesia care
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time schedule with ~12 weeks off annually
- Shared call responsibilities among CRNA team
- Support from per diem CRNAs for additional flexibility
