OrthoMed Anesthesia is seeking two full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its expanding team serving the Surgery Center of Northeast Texas and Texarkana Surgery Center. This autonomous outpatient opportunity offers excellent compensation, flexible vacation options, no call, no weekends, and the ability to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative surgical center environment.
Position Highlights

Schedule & Practice
- Full-time outpatient schedule
- No call responsibilities
- No weekends
- Practice at Surgery Center of Northeast Texas (2 ORs) and Texarkana Surgery Center (5 ORs)
- Independent CRNA practice with strong clinical autonomy
This position is ideal for CRNAs who enjoy practicing independently while working in a collaborative outpatient setting. Providers care for a variety of adult surgical patients along with healthy pediatric patients, perform their own regional anesthesia blocks, and work confidently without routine anesthesiologist supervision at Surgery Center of Northeast Texas.
Qualifications
- Current or eligible Texas CRNA licensure
- NBCRNA certified or eligible (candidates in the certification process accepted)
- Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred
- Comfortable caring for healthy pediatric patients
- Ability to practice independently and confidently in an autonomous environment
- New graduates considered on a negotiable basis
