Job Description
CHRISTUS Health is hiring Full-Time CRNAs for CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity with no call. CHRISTUS Good Shepherd is expanding its ministry with the opening of an additional Surgery Center along with an Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Institute, creating openings for multiple CRNAs. - Work at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas
- No call responsibilities
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week pay with opportunities for premium hours
Compensation Package
- Salary range: $260,000 – $300,000 annually
- Premium pay rate of $150/hour for any hours over 40 in a work week
- Shift differentials:
- $12/hour for Evenings (3-7pm)
- $14/hour for Nights (7pm-7am)
- $16/hour for Weekends
- Holiday pay at 1.5x the base rate
- Sign-on incentive/student stipend of up to $55,000
