Private practice group seeking a full-time CRNA to serve as Chief CRNA at an eye surgery center in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with no call, no weekends, and minimal sedation cases. Ideal for CRNAs who value autonomy, consistency, and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for ophthalmology procedures
- Solo CRNA role without medical direction
- Coordinate provider schedule and perform light administrative duties as Chief CRNA
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual income: $310,000–$330,000
- $200/hour with 8-hour daily guarantee
- Fridays off
- No weekends or call responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Independent practice capability
- Comfortable working solo in a surgery center setting
Schedule & Work Environment
- 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
- Eye center focused exclusively on ophthalmologic cases
