Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a part-time position at a surgery center in Houston, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking to maintain a flexible schedule and a sustainable work-life balance. Work 1–2 days per week with the option to pick up additional shifts as desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer MAC anesthesia for ophthalmology cases
  • Provide sedation for GI procedures, ENT, podiatry, and general surgeries
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
  • Collaborate with a long-standing team that values teamwork and lifestyle balance

Compensation & Benefits

  • 1099 independent contractor position
  • Day rate plus overtime (OT) when applicable
  • Flexible scheduling – pick up additional days if desired

Job Requirements

  • Current CRNA certification
  • Active Texas state license
  • Experience with MAC cases preferred
  • Ability to work independently in an ASC environment

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Part-time position (1–2 days per week)
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting
  • Electronic charting and streamlined scheduling
  • Supportive, tight-knit anesthesia team
