Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a part-time position at a surgery center in Houston, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for CRNAs looking to maintain a flexible schedule and a sustainable work-life balance. Work 1–2 days per week with the option to pick up additional shifts as desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer MAC anesthesia for ophthalmology cases
- Provide sedation for GI procedures, ENT, podiatry, and general surgeries
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
- Collaborate with a long-standing team that values teamwork and lifestyle balance
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Day rate plus overtime (OT) when applicable
- Flexible scheduling – pick up additional days if desired
Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification
- Active Texas state license
- Experience with MAC cases preferred
- Ability to work independently in an ASC environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time position (1–2 days per week)
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting
- Electronic charting and streamlined scheduling
