Job Description

Citizens Medical Center in Victoria, Texas, is seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia care team in a dynamic OR setting. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a wide variety of surgical specialties in a Level III trauma center while enjoying work-life balance and generous compensation perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures (excluding neuro)
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a supportive environment
  • Participate in a weekend call rotation (home call)
  • Opportunity to cover obstetrics for additional compensation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid hourly compensation with weekend call pay
  • Relocation bonus available
  • Additional pay for OB coverage
  • Flexible schedule: choice of 8- or 10-hour shifts

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for or currently holding a Texas CRNA license
  • Experience in a hospital OR setting preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Shifts: 8-hour or 10-hour days, Monday–Friday
  • Weekend Call: Every 7th night (home call rotation)
  • Level III Trauma Center | No neuro cases
