Job Description

Case types include orthopedic, neurology, healthy pediatrics, and general cases with a strong emphasis on regional anesthesia. CRNAs are responsible for creating and executing their own anesthetic plans, fostering professional growth and clinical independence. Enjoy a 30–35 hour work week with many early days off, ideal for family time or personal interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently design and administer anesthetic plans
- Perform regional blocks and provide care for ortho, neuro, peds, and general cases
- Collaborate with an experienced MD anesthesiologist as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 salary: $250,000 – $270,000 annually
- Generous PTO and benefits package

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Texas CRNA license
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position: Monday–Friday
- No call, no weekends
- Typical weekly hours: 30–35 with frequent early finishes
