CHRISTUS Health is hiring a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center is a 425-bed regional referral center providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Key Responsibilities

• Administer general and regional anesthesia for a wide range of cases (excluding hearts).
• Manage independent OB coverage, including epidurals and spinals.
• Provide safe and effective post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the surgical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in patient education and post-operative follow-up.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $220,000 – $300,000 annually
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week pay + scheduled premium hours
• Premium Pay: $150/hour for any hours over 40 in a work week
• Shift Differentials:
  • $12/hour for Evening (3 PM–7 PM)
  • $14/hour for Nights (7 PM–7 AM)
  • $16/hour for Weekends
• Holidays at 1.5x pay rate
• Sign-On Bonus or Student Stipend up to $55,000
• Malpractice Insurance Coverage: $1M per claim/$3M aggregate

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
• Active Texas RN and APRN licensure required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Ability to work independently and manage complex cases

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with flexible shifts (8, 12, 16, and 24 hours)
• No overnight OR call required
• Independent OB coverage with strong MDA/CRNA support
• Collaborative, team-based environment
