Job Description
We are seeking an autonomous Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a full-time position in an ASC surgery center setting, offering an excellent work-life balance with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibility. Immediate start available!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for all MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) cases
- Manage peripheral cases independently
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop patient-specific care plans
- Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures
- Ensure effective communication with the surgical team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary between $230,000 and $270,000 (based on experience)
- Flexible schedule – no call, no weekends, no holidays
- Opportunity for PRN or full-time employment
- Work-life balance with early finish times (most days done by 3 PM)
Job Requirements
- Current CRNA certification
- Active Texas RN and APRN licensure
- Experience in ASC and MAC cases preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time or PRN position available
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
- ASC surgery center setting
