Job Description

McLennan County Anesthesia Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our independent, collegial group at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive environment with no call, no weekends, and a predictable Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia for a variety of bread and butter cases
  • Work independently within a well-established care team
  • Ensure safe and effective anesthesia care from pre-op to post-op
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort at all times

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active Texas RN and APRN licensure or eligibility
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable working independently within a care team

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
  • No weekends, no call
  • Cases: General surgery, orthopedics, and other routine procedures (no OB or cardiovascular)
  • Join a group of 19 physicians, 7 CRNAs, and 1 AA
