Job Description
McLennan County Anesthesia Associates is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our independent, collegial group at Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive environment with no call, no weekends, and a predictable Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for a variety of bread and butter cases
- Work independently within a well-established care team
- Ensure safe and effective anesthesia care from pre-op to post-op
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff
- Maintain patient safety and comfort at all times

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Texas RN and APRN licensure or eligibility
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working independently within a care team
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- No weekends, no call
- Cases: General surgery, orthopedics, and other routine procedures (no OB or cardiovascular)
- Join a group of 19 physicians, 7 CRNAs, and 1 AA
