Job Description
Matagorda Regional Medical Center in Bay City, Texas, is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our CRNA-only group. This autonomous position offers a highly flexible schedule with 13 weeks off per year and a light case load, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Schedule & Call
- Schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
- Average around 25 actual hours in the hospital per week, including call days
- 7 days of call built into the 3-week schedule with a 30-minute call back from home
- Post-call day off most of the time (not guaranteed)
Case Load
- General Surgery, ENT, OB, GYN, Podiatry, Scopes, Cataracts
- Ortho cases starting this summer
- Approximately 20-25 deliveries per month
Compensation
- Annual Income: $300,000
Employment Status
- 1099 Independent Contractor
