Job Description

Join a high-performing OB anesthesia team at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX. This full-time OB-only CRNA role offers in-house 24-hour shifts with 13 weeks off per year, high autonomy, and the opportunity to supplement income in the OR. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in OB including epidurals and C-sections
  • Work independently with backup from anesthesiologists or CRNAs for complex cases
  • Average of 4–5 epidurals and 1.3 C-sections per shift
  • Optional: Work in the OR for $150/hour on non-OB days

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated Annual Income: $330,000–$340,000
  • Shift Rate: $3,600 per 24-hour in-house call shift
  • Schedule: 7–8 shifts/month (more available if desired)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
  • Potential to earn an extra $10K–$20K/year in general OR work
  • 1099 position structure

Job Requirements

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Recent OB experience required
  • Comfortable with independent OB practice and 24-hour shifts

Schedule & Work Environment

  • In-house call with excellent call room accommodations
  • Work 7–8 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
  • 13 weeks off annually
  • Collaborative environment with supportive backup when needed
